Recent reviews

I have often championed Pearltrees and am a Premium subscriber. It was excellent, but has become annoyingly glitchy. I have reported the issues to Premium Support but nothing seems to be done. I have asked for this to be fixed several times, but there has been no progress! On my Windows laptop, Pearltrees is not showing a pre-selected folder via Extension. It has always been able to do this, but stopped doing so yesterday. I have run all updates and reloaded the extension, but the same thing happens. The extension (Google) doesn't seem to be linking up with Pearltrees properly, so I have to put items in 'My drop zone' then transfer them to the correct folder. It shouldn't be like this! The Android phone app has had some serious glitches and crashes for ages (a couple of years) which have not been fixed e.g. there is no option to change default to My Account; for some links, the text and other data has to be added manually.
