The completely renewed Call Sofia is the official mobile application of the Contact Center of Sofia Municipality. The new design, convenient bottom navigation and clear sequential steps help you submit non-urgent reports about problems in the urban environment faster and monitor their processing - directly from your phone.

Submit a report in a few clear steps:

• specify the exact address or select a location on the map;
• select an appropriate category;
• add a title and detailed description;
• attach up to 5 photos;
• send the report to the Contact Center.

You can report cleanliness, road infrastructure and manholes, lighting and traffic signals, public transport, parking, parks and gardens, animals, buildings and constructions, public order and other problems in the city.

The renewed application also offers:

• new, clearer design and convenient bottom navigation;
• login with Apple and Google;
• tracking the status of the reports you have submitted;
• review the responses received;
• manage your personal data and profile;
• send questions and suggestions to the Contact Center;
• improved stability and clearer behavior in case of temporary lack of connection.

Call Sofia is intended for non-urgent signals within the territory of Sofia Municipality. In case of immediate danger to life, health, safety or property, call 112.
