2024-11-23	Sa*****	Please fix the app or tell the Marketing team to not create such awful games that require to press a button till the end of the current day, if a bill for 10lv is generated. Half of the time the app doesn't reflect there is such a bill and doesn't allow the user to play for prices. Which is ridiculous, because the same app correctly adds the same bill to the total of money spent in Billa for the month. The user experience with such games is terrific.

Please just make the chances of something else better and the tombola way way way lower because i cant be spining all week and only this tombola Thank you for the notunderstanding.

2024-05-30	Cy*****	The app no longer shows my card, instead, asking me to register - I am already registered!! I can log in only in the area to change password but once logged in, it does not show I have a card on the app. Edit... Finally found the proper way to login, which is not easy to find. Would suggest adding a "Login to your account" button!! It would also be useful to have the app in multiple languages - after all, Billa is in 8 countries!

2024-02-17	Pa*****	Good for scanning digital card. Would be nice if it had copy of your digital receipt in app. Would also be nice if there was option to translate to English. A lot of the text in app is an image so pain to translate.

2024-01-04	Ma*****	More than 6 months ago I contacted Billa, because each time I try to register with my plastic card there is an error and a suggestion to contact Billa for help. They answered that I will be contacted ASAP. No answer since then, so I still can't register because of a bug in the system.

2023-10-15	Al*****	I tried to register the card I already have, but I never got the activation email. The app doesn't give you the opportunity to confirm the email they have on file is correct or provide a new email address either, which is beyond stupid. Then I decided to make a new account and order a new plastic card to go with it. No luck there either, I never got the card. Useless app.

2023-01-16	Ga*****	It is extremely frustrating to have to login every few weeks because the app was updated. That usually happens at the cashier since I use the billa card there, but I am not used to carrying my password in my back pocket.
