Awful user experience! No librararies between the channels. Very not needed features that makes the user confused. Also the app is working pretty slow. It feels like a total lack of ux and optimization.

It wants payment but in my A1 there is free service. I tried to contact with someone from the service, via link, which A1 sent in response! Unfortunately there is a robot 😳 and if I want to connect with person they want again to charge me! I'm going step by step according to registration manual, but the system gives error. And when I want help I have to pay for it! It's not correct
