It's ridiculous. I signed up on the 24th and sent an email after I found it could not be used with a screenshot during the free trial ( which is expired on 25th). I am waiting for the reply and never got a response before the end of the trial. And I got an email finally on 26th and they told me I cannot use because it's expired. What a great customer service!
