2024-06-02	do*****	We've had Tadaam since 2021. It worked well for a time, but the wifi has been really bad for the past few years. Nothing works reliably, whether you're watching TV, casting to the TV, using your phone, or playing online games. We end up paying extra fees on our cell phone data plan every month, but the worst thing is that it has an impact on our routine and activities at home. I don't know how well it works for others but it's not a service I'd recommend.

2024-05-27	An*****	I have been a tadaam client for 3 years, ever since I moved to Belgium and with all other worries I had to think about, internet was not one of them! You just plug it in and you're good to go! Fast next day delivery, and when you move again you just take it with you! Very happy with my choice, would 100% recommend!

2024-05-09	Fr*****	Hi Tadaam, you want an honest response, I will be happy to give it. I have Tadaam as internet but I am not proud of it at all. I pay €60 per month, the most expensive at Tadaam. Fiber optic cable has recently been installed in the building where I live, but still a lot. outages of the internet now even more than before it is with all internet providers the first month it is free it is all very great no disruptions no outages very super fast internet but as soon as you have to pay it is all done

2024-04-12	Da*****	I tried to pauze my subscription for a while and they wanted their devices back. The main reason I got Tadaam in the first place was because I wanted flexibility. Which they advertised!

Still not delivered 5 days after ordering and no reply from customer service on email or WhatsApp - though they billed me immediately and if it ever arrives I've lost 5 days of service at least. 2 stars though as I tried my neighbour's and it worked okay.

2022-09-17	Sa*****	Was getting to 5 or at least 4 stars after improvements. But now scared to update as tv no longer shows difference between recorded & planned recordings...Which makes for a lot of use of remote (batteries!) & frustrating time loss scrolling to whole list to get to oldest recordings + can't tell difference when watched or not? Some series become lots of undetailed pictures in list.Very annoying.Concept favourites good idea but shouldn't have dropped 5line view recorded. Tablet still ok👍

2022-03-31	Bl*****	1mbps instead of the 30mbps i was supposed to get for my 40€.. WORSE internet i have EVER had!! Contacted help services about this 3 times already, still nothing fixed, if i could give 0 stars i would. Edit: after a month still not fixed, even better they told me they could not fix it like i said WORSE internet ever had in my entire life.

However the quality falling much short. 18Mbps instead of promised 50 Mbps, TV full of errors, not loading, no saving movies as supposed to. TV offer very scarce with mostly free channels. No possibility to edit channels I never used. Need to scroll throughout all list to get to the last channel of news I want. Very rigid financial service cutting service before clarification of any issues. Overall dissatisfied.

Regularly TV popup that ethernet not connected & tadaam won't start, while YTube & on tablet does work? So far ca15% of MyTADAAM are not successfully recorded, ca40% of recordings remain full 60days despite several attempts to remove from my tadaam, which clutters list Cheaper than any other "provider" that combines tv(Incl.limitlesscloud)&internet on3devices+100% flexible as advert Friendly&fast helpdesk
