2024-12-04	Al*****	L'application s'est téléchargé en NL, sans qu'on me demande de choisir la langue, ce qui est deja tres dérangeant. Je ne parle pas le néerlandais. Alors j'ai changé la langue depuis le profil mais ça retourne tout le temps au flamand. Je n'arrive pas à utiliser l'appli correctement!

2024-03-23	Ja*****	actuellement aucune étoile, j'ai reçu le Dongle Mardi, je l'ai installé il m'a montré les WIFI disponibles, j'ai sélectionné le WIFI disponible. il ne m'a demandé aucun mot de passe et me met un signal incomplet conmme quoi le WIFI sélectionné ne correspond pas au mot de passe. J'ai envoyé un mail chez Luminus monitor mercredi . et nous sommes samedi et toujours pas de réponse.

2023-12-11	Wo*****	Can see my electricity data from my digital meter but after recently also having a new digital gas meter installed neither the app or Luminus website allows me to add it to the app to see my gas usage. I emailed support a week ago but got no response. Edit: was fixed after contacting support. Still can't see expected cost for gas.
