2023-12-14	Ti*****	I have to give my fingerprint for every document I try to open, again and again, and most documents are highly secured, so I get redirected to itsme, but after successfully logging in, it just gives an error and I get stuck in an infinite loop. Also, the app seems to run on chrome, so there is no point in having an app if it's just a website.

2023-05-11	Fl*****	I love this app, and this recent revamp is absolutely beautiful. I'm using it to pay, as many, my invoices I linked through this app but I have to say I'm in love as well with the scan and pay feature. Keep up the good work team, love using your app. Made my life way easier!

2023-02-26	To*****	Poor excuse for an app, no means to change username after changing email adres so stuck using my old email as username instead of letting me log in with my current email adres. No settings in the app to change password or other details. Basic stuff not available and the interface looks like it was made in 1995.

2022-11-01	Pa*****	Best place to get and keep all invoices and financial documents. Environmental friendly way of saving the printing papers, delivery of posts and still keep all documents safe at one place. Absolutely advised to everyone.

2022-01-30	Ma*****	Not so long ago this app made sense to keep a track of your documents. Now we have eBox etc with same functionalities. Additionally, you can't remove any connection resulting in a duplication of messages. On top, contacted support multiple times but nobody responded. This makes me wonder if this is still actif or almost phased out. 2022-01-08: Thanks for the reply, I always used the built in chat/support option. 2022-01-15: incident resolved by mail exchange. Updated review score.

2022-01-07	Na*****	Takes multiple tries to login because it does not recognise itsme and randomly logs me out for no reason when I've finally managed to log in. No responsive layout, overly complicated interface. Too bad I am forced to use this app for my job.

2022-01-06	Wi*****	Since last week unlocking documents with it'sme stopped working on my galaxy s20 fe anymore, tried set different browsers as default not working. Waiting It'sme page freezes and countdown timer stops, after I authorized in it'sme app and switched back to doccle app. clear data relogin didn't help.
