ARON trial diary

Thank you for taking part in the ARON trial!
We hope that your child feels better soon.

This is a Symptom Diary for you to complete at home with your child.
• Complete every day up until the day your child feels better
• Answer as honestly and fully as you can
• Complete all the questions for each day - on day 1 and then on the day your child feels better (or each 7th day) there are a couple of extra questions

We ask that you, as parent or legal guardian to the participating child taking part in the ARON trial, complete this diary. There are questions that if you feel that your child is able to, it would be great if they would help you answer these. There will be a little ARON symbol on each of these pages to remind you. To make it easier for you, you will receive a daily reminder. Don’t worry if you miss a day, but we advise you to answer these questions each evening when your child is going to bed.
