2024-07-22	Dm*****	Good application. However, not every shop appears on the list. The smart scan option is not available in certain shops. Would be good to implement the option that customers could scan unique QR code, which will identify their presence in the shop/location. Instead of the usage of GNSS/GPS/Galileo satellite systems signals to identify presence in the shop before the smart scan option could be used. Quantity of the scanned products must be limited as well, good for Carrefour Express shops.

2024-06-10	Su*****	Doesn’t always save address & time slot. Unlike with the Delhaize app, you can't click on a promo to check which other items are included in the promotion. If you click to look at an item in the promos list, once you click the back button it takes you back to the top of the list, so you have to view everything all again! The Delhaize app also has the option of using several menus at once. All in all, it's why I now do my weekly online shopping at Delhaize, as it’s easier & cheaper delivery.

2022-10-16	De*****	Nothing works! Cannot add my card in. Cannot make a profile because birthday section doesn't work. If i click scan option, app is frozen.. i mostly get error message. Sorry but i couldn't even use the app like this, better work on it ;)

2022-10-13	An*****	Crashes almost everytime you transition to a new view!! The app itself is very slow!! Check the lidl app for comparison. The ux could be way way better for a HUGE brand with HUGE prices and therefore HUGE gains like Carrefour.

2022-09-14	Ma*****	The app simply does not work properly, most functions just show a loading spinning wheel that never goes away. Many products I regularly buy at Carrefour are missing from their shopping database, even if I scan the barcode. Their website is similarly disfunctional, so maybe not too surprising.
