locker google extention keeps breaking. It doesn't work 1/2 the time and it makes me super sad because i want to love this tool but the reliability isnt there :(

I have the app and it works perfectly, but the chrome extension does not. I downloaded it, logged in and pinned the extension. But when I click on the locker icon even on compatible websites it does not show up. The only thing I was able to save was from the practice demo section. How can I fix this?
