Smart Employee Attendance & Leave Management for EMRD

This app is a secure, organization-specific platform designed to streamline employee attendance, location tracking, and leave management. Only employees authorized by Energy and Mineral Resources Division of Bangladesh can use this app — personal account creation is not supported.

📍 Smart Attendance with Geofencing
Employees can check in during work hours only when they are within their assigned work location. The app uses continous location checking to ensure location-based validation. If face verification is enabled for the user, a face scan will be required to complete attendance.

❗Automatic Violation Detection
The system proactively detects and flags the following violations:

Being outside the work location while checked in

Use of mock location apps

Disabled location services or denied permissions

Location not found

Missed face verification

Late check in / early check out

📝 Leave Management
Employees can easily apply for:

Vacation Leave

Out Pass Leave — With this option, employees can specify the time and destination, allowing the organization to track location during that period for accountability.

🌐 Integrated Web Dashboard Access
Access the organization’s internal web dashboard directly within the app, making it easy to manage work-related information and tools without leaving the app environment.

🔔 Notifications
Upper management's employee get notified about their employee's status, violations etc. Also, different notification releated to approval/rejection of any request, info etc are provided.

This app is built exclusively for internal use within the specfic organization, providing accountability, transparency, and automation in workforce management.
