LabbaikCU

LabbaikCU is the official digital attendance system for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of
Chittagong, developed by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

It replaces paper registers and manual roll calls with a fast, OTP-based
workflow that works entirely from your phone.

HOW IT WORKS

Teachers start an attendance session for their class directly from the app.
A one-time password (OTP) is generated and shared with students. Students
enter the OTP on their device to mark themselves present. The session closes
automatically, and the record is saved instantly — no paperwork, no manual
entry afterward.

SIGN IN WITH YOUR INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT

LabbaikCU supports sign-in with your University of Chittagong Google
Workspace account (@cu.ac.bd or @std.cu.ac.bd). Faculty and students can
tap "Continue with Google" and sign in without remembering a separate
password. Standard email and password login is also available.

SECURE BY DESIGN

All data is stored on University of Chittagong infrastructure. Passwords
are never stored in plain text. Sessions use short-lived tokens that expire
automatically. Access is role-based — teachers see their own classes,
students see their own records, and administrators manage only their
assigned department.

IMPORTANT

LabbaikCU is a closed system. Accounts are created by department
administrators and are not open to public registration. The app is
exclusively for students, faculty, and staff of the University of
Chittagong.
