Doctorz

Doctorz connects you with BMDC-verified doctors across Bangladesh — whether you
want to visit a chamber in person or consult from home by video.

BOOK A CHAMBER SERIAL FROM YOUR PHONE
Most doctor apps only offer video calls. Doctorz also books your real chamber
visit. Pick a doctor, pick a date, get your serial number, and arrive when it is
almost your turn. No standing in a queue since morning, no phoning the chamber to
ask how far along they are.

CONSULT BY VIDEO
Prefer to stay home? Book an online consultation with the same doctors, at a time
that suits you. Secure video, and a digital prescription at the end.

INSTANT CONSULTATION
Not sure who to see, and it cannot wait? Pay the fee and the next available doctor
calls you back. If nobody answers within the time window, your money is refunded
to your wallet automatically. You are never left waiting with nothing.

118 SPECIALTIES, 448 SYMPTOMS
From general medicine to cardiology, paediatrics, gynaecology, orthopaedics,
dermatology, psychiatry, physiotherapy, homeopathy and more. Not sure which kind
of doctor you need? Search by what you are feeling — fever, chest pain, back pain,
skin rash — and Doctorz suggests the right specialty.

ZEE, THE ASSISTANT
Describe your symptoms in Bangla, English or Banglish. Zee reads what you wrote
and points you to the right kind of doctor. It tells you honestly when a specialty
has no doctor available rather than sending you to the wrong one.

DIGITAL PRESCRIPTIONS
Every consultation ends with a prescription you can open any time, share with a
pharmacy, or show at a diagnostic centre. Nothing to lose, nothing to photograph.

YOUR WHOLE FAMILY, ONE ACCOUNT
Add your parents, your children, your spouse. Each family member keeps their own
profile, their own appointments and their own prescription history.

PAY THE WAY YOU LIKE
Card, mobile banking or your Doctorz wallet, through SSLCommerz. For chamber
visits you can also pay at the chamber. No subscription is required to book a
doctor — you pay for the consultations you have.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Search by doctor, specialty, symptom or location
2. Choose a chamber visit or an online consultation
3. Pick your slot and pay
4. Attend, and collect your digital prescription

WHY BMDC VERIFICATION MATTERS
Every doctor on Doctorz is checked against their BMDC registration before they can
see a patient. You can see their qualifications, experience and chamber details
before you book.

YOUR DATA
Your medical records belong to you. Download everything the app holds about you at
any time from your account, and delete your account from inside the app whenever
you choose.
