Steelmark Rewards

Steelmark Rewards is the official mobile app for authorised dealers, workshops, and field agents in the Steelmark distribution network in Bangladesh. Submit invoices, track claim approvals, and earn rewards from your phone — without paperwork, fax machines, or long phone calls.

WHO IT'S FOR
Steelmark Rewards is a business-to-business app provided to identified partners. You will need an account issued by Steelmark before you can sign in. The app is not open for public registration.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Submit a purchase claim in seconds — attach a photo or PDF of the invoice and the rest auto-fills.
• Track every claim through its lifecycle: submitted, under review, approved, rejected, and fulfilled.
• See the rewards you've earned across active campaigns and the tier you're working toward.
• View your leaderboard rank within the network and the targets that move you up.
• Receive transactional notifications by email and SMS as your claims change status.
• Manage your workshop or dealer profile — name, contact, location, area assignment.

DESIGNED FOR THE FIELD
The app works on Android 7.0 and above, on devices as modest as a low-end phone. It is bilingual (English and বাংলা) end-to-end — switch languages at any time from the language toggle on the login screen. Forms are tuned for one-handed use, file uploads handle slow networks gracefully, and the entire interface follows Material 3 accessibility guidelines.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We collect only the information needed to operate the rewards programme — name, email, phone, your service area, and the invoices you upload. Your password is stored as a one-way bcrypt hash; passwords are never readable by Steelmark staff. All data is sent over HTTPS and stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We do not show ads, do not sell your data, and do not use any analytics SDKs other than Google Firebase Crashlytics for diagnosing crashes.

• Android 7.0 (Nougat) or higher
• Active internet connection
• A Steelmark Rewards account (contact your Steelmark area agent if you don't have one)
