FRII-TEP

FRII-TEP (Faizur Rahman Ideal Institute - Teachers' Evaluation Platform) is a role-based feedback platform designed for educational institutions to digitize and streamline teacher evaluations. This app empowers Admins, In-charges, Headmasters, and Teachers with specific roles, enabling each to contribute meaningfully to the evaluation process during a controlled time period.

Main Features:

✅ Role-Based Access
Each user logs in with their assigned role — Admin, Teacher, In-charge, or Headmaster — and can only access functionalities related to their role. This ensures secure, structured, and relevant data access.

✅ Controlled Evaluation Window
Admins can define a start and end date for when teachers are allowed to submit their self-evaluations. If a teacher tries to access outside the allowed window, a popup notifies them of the valid dates.

✅ Layered Evaluation System
Teachers answer questions set by the admin. In-charges evaluate the teachers under their campus. Headmasters can review both the self and incharge evaluations, then submit their own. The app calculates and displays an overall score combining all layers.

✅ Dynamic Question Management
Admins can create and categorize evaluation questions based on year, term (e.g., "January–December"), and target user type (e.g., teacher, in-charge). Questions are stored in Firebase and loaded dynamically in forms.

✅ Firebase-Backed Storage
All data — users, questions, answers, and date ranges — is securely stored in Firebase Firestore. This allows for real-time access, automatic syncing, and robust scalability.

✅ Reporting & Exporting
Admins and Headmasters can generate evaluation summaries and download reports in a formatted view for official use or documentation.

Workflow Example:

Admin logs in → adds users → sets evaluation period → creates questions.

Teacher logs in during allowed period → submits self-evaluation.

In-charge logs in → sees only teachers in their campus → submits evaluation.

Headmaster logs in → reviews evaluations → adds own rating → final score is shown.

Admin or Headmaster downloads the final report.
