Corporate system of registration and management of electricity outages, appeals of electricity consumers to the operator of the distribution system JSC "Khmelnytskoblenergo".
The analytical unit of the system facilitates prompt decision-making regarding the situation within the responsibility of the distribution system operator, the level of consumer satisfaction, forecasting the involvement of personnel in the elimination of technological violations in power networks. The system was developed exclusively for employees of Khmelnitskoblenergo JSC.
