BB Better Layout for Adamson is a Chrome extension designed to make Blackboard Ultra easier and more comfortable to use for Adamson University students.

The extension improves the existing Blackboard interface without replacing it. Course information remains on Adamson University's Blackboard website, while the extension reorganizes the page and adds convenient navigation tools directly in the browser.

Key features:

A clean vertical navigation bar that makes better use of screen space
Simplified course banners for faster course identification
An improved grid layout for the Courses page
A back-to-top button for long course pages
Multiple reading themes, including Nord Snow, Paper, Sage, Sky, and Lavender
Customizable keyboard shortcuts for common Blackboard pages and course search
Quick access to Outlook, AdU Live, and the AdU academic calendar

The extension works only on Adamson University's Blackboard website: https://adamson.blackboard.com/

BB Better Layout for Adamson does not collect passwords, authentication credentials, grades, assignment submissions, or personal communications. Course-page content needed for layout improvements is processed locally in the browser and is not sent to the developer.

This is an independent student project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially supported by Adamson University, Anthology, or Blackboard.

Really loving this extension so far, as it cleans up the navigation significantly. My main feature request would be a built in dark mode theme if possible. Having it integrated right here would be a huge quality of life update so I do not have to manage extra extension clutter in my browser.

I know the developer so I've been using it through manual installation before it was even up as a proper extension, and it really elevates the usage of the Adamson Blackboard website! The features that make it great for me are these: - 4 Additional navigation buttons for outlook, adulive, aducalendar, and the developer's other project for making a weekly schedule as a quicker access to those different sites - The keyboard shortcuts!!! They are the best especially the search shortcut - Big subject display text on the courses page for easier subject selection (takes a little time to get used to but it really makes navigation easier) - The vertical navigation bar for the course page - Back-to-top button - Nord theme Thanks for making this Duke, and thank you for making a firefox version of this extension!
