What is nicopip?
'Nicopip' is a Chrome extension that enhances your viewing experience on NicoNico (https://www.nicovideo.jp). It allows you to watch NicoNico videos and live broadcasts in Picture in Picture (PiP) format with comments. The extension adds a PiP button onto the video player's toolbar. However, as comments are synthesized to fit into the video, this process can be heavier than regular video playback.
