In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer mode
Drag and drop the downloaded Today: Tasks, Schedules, and Timer CRX file into the Extensions page
When prompted, click Add extension to install Today: Tasks, Schedules, and Timer.

Install ZIP file

Download and unpack the Today: Tasks, Schedules, and Timer ZIP file to a directory of your choice.

Click on the Load Unpacked button.
