Offer a better way to search through case lists. If your Org has hundreds of lists good luck finding the one you're looking for. I removed it because endless scrolling or typing in the name was not getting me the list I was looking for. | |

This plugin can be extremely useful to anyone working with Cases in Salesforce. I had some troubles setting up desktop notification part and support team was very helpful with it. Definitely recommend it! | |
