Turanyol: Online Shopping

The new way to shop.

Sadarak stalls, city shops and online sellers now fit in one app. Clothing and appliances, kids' things and building materials — search, compare, order. We do the rest: we collect from every seller, our hub checks and packs your parcel, and our van brings it to your door.

WHY TURANYOL
• One basket, many sellers. Items from five different sellers become one order, one delivery and one payment.
• Prices direct. You buy from the seller itself, with no middleman in between.
• Pay at the door. Nothing to pay for before you have seen it — hand the cash to the driver.
• Open and check. Unwrap the parcel while the driver is still there; if an item is damaged or is not what you ordered, refuse it on the spot.
• Three languages. The whole app is in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

HOW AN ORDER GOES
1. Pick your items, add them to the basket and drop a pin on your address.
2. Sellers confirm their own lines — if a seller cannot supply something, that line leaves the order and the total.
3. We collect from the sellers; your parcel is packed and labelled at our hub.
4. When the van sets off you follow it live on the map, and every step lands in the app's notification list.

TALK TO THE SELLER
Ask before you buy: is my size in, what shade is it, how long is the warranty. Every seller gets its own thread, and you read the reply in the app. The chat has rules, so the conversation stays safe and civil.

TURANYOL CLUB
Everyone with an account is already a member — no separate sign-up, no fee.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
Order history, favourites, saved addresses, notifications and support requests all live in your account. If something goes wrong, write to the help centre and we will answer in your language. You can delete your account and your data from inside the app at any time.
