eAudit

eAudit is a mobile tool for conducting field inspections within the enterprise. Fill out the checklist on your phone, document the detected non-conformity with a photo, assign a responsible person and send it all to the server with one touch.

FEATURES

• Checklists. Type, area and date are selected, questions are grouped by sections. Three answers for each question: Yes, No, Not applicable. How many questions have been answered is always visible.

• Corrective actions. When a non-conformity is detected, an action is added: description, execution period, priority and responsible person. The list of responsible persons comes from the server according to the type of inspection and area.

• Photo evidence. Take it from the camera or select from the gallery. Several photos can be added to one event.

• Presentations. Separate forms for reporting a violation of the rules or celebrating a good job.

• Offline work. All information is stored on the device. Inspections can be carried out even when there is no Internet, and the work is sent to the server when the connection is restored.

• Unsent jobs. Which inspections have not yet reached the server and why are displayed on a separate screen.

• Two languages. Azerbaijani and English.

• Report. For each inspection that has reached the server, a PDF report is created and sent to the responsible person.

WHO IS IT FOR

eAudit is intended for internal use in the company. An account provided by the employer is required to access the program. No advertising, no paid features.
