User Reviews

The add-on is praised for being very useful for accessibility testing with easy-to-use, clear reports and a clean UI, making it a go-to tool for developers and QA. However, many reviews report it causing site breakage or crashes on various sites and tools, plus concerns about privacy data collection. Some also note background activity and slow loading as disruptive.
Pros
  • Very useful tool for accessibility testing; helps developers and QA identify issues quickly and keep up with accessibility requirements.
  • Clear and actionable reports that show what’s wrong, where, and how to fix.
  • Easy to use with a simple, clean UI that reduces distractions.
Cons
  • Causes site breakage/crashes on many websites and dev tools (e.g., Kickstarter white pages, Azure/CircleCI, login portals) and can affect pages even when not active.
  • Privacy concerns: some reviews allege data collection or selling data, while others claim the extension does not capture analytics, reflecting conflicting messaging about privacy.
  • Background activity and slow loading: reports of the extension running tasks in the background, or endless 'analyzing your page...' loading on local and various pages.
Recent reviews

As another user mentioned, while this is typically a good tool, it appears to be doing some things in the background without being asked to, which is crashing some sites. Unable to use the Wise website, for instance. It loads for a moment and then whitescreens.
