The AWS SAML Login page can be rather unwieldy when you have multiple different roles over multiple different accounts. The login page, as imagined by AWS, groups your roles by the account they exist in, however you might find yourself deploying from a Build environment into another Development and even Production environment. In those cases, it makes more sense to be able to customize the groups yourself so that you can group them by the Application they belong to, not just the account!
