Account got locked and one of the security questions is date of birth. Nothing wrong with that except you need to SCROLL month by month from current date all the way wwo your actual year and month. 12 taps or swipes per year. Now multiply that by 30, 40, 50, 60 years and you'll be busy quite a while. PLEASE FIX
