Automatic Tab Opener Firefox

Automatic Tab Opener

By: Nuno
Enables the user to set specific times to open a tab for a specific URL with options of closing automatically the tab when complete

Features & Capabilities

Our extension, "Automatic Tab Opener" allows you to automate the opening of multiple URLs based on a cron expression or predefined intervals (e.g., daily, hourly, every minute).

Simply input the URLs you want to open and specify the frequency at which they should be opened. The cron expression follows the standard format, with the ability to specify minute, hour, day of the month, month, and day of the week. For example, to open the URLs every day at 8am, you would enter "0 8 * * *". Or, you can choose one of the predefined intervals (e.g., daily, hourly, every minute) from the dropdown menu. The extension will then open the specified URLs at the specified frequency, saving you time and effort in manually opening them yourself.

With "Automatic Tab Opener" you can streamline your daily tasks and focus on more important things.

User Reviews

Works as expected, using it to open certain tabs to remind myself to go to bed. Cron expression explainations are also straightforward

It doesn't work correctly. The same Chrome plugin works fine. This one doesn't. For example, I set it to open a page every day at 6:00 a.m. I launch Chrome at 8:00 a.m., and the page opens. I launch Firefox with the same configuration, and the page only opens if I have the browser open at 6:00 a.m. If I launch it later, a page won't open at all.
