AutoJWT Firefox

AutoJWT

Developer extension to automatically find, parse, and copy JWT authorization tokens

Features & Capabilities

AutoJWT is a powerful Chrome extension designed for developers working with websites and APIs that use JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authorization. Installed as a new tab within Developer Tools, it automatically scans network requests to identify and list unique JWT authorization tokens found in request headers.

With AutoJWT, developers can easily view the JWT payload, access all requests that use the same token, and open the JWT details directly on jwt.io for further verification. Additional handy features include the ability to copy the entire JWT or just the payload to the clipboard and inspect related request and response contents, streamlining the debugging and development process involving JWT authorization.

Is AutoJWT Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

AutoJWT requires very minimum permissions.
