Instructions Pinning the Extension for Toolbar Badge Visibility

To see the countdown timer in the toolbar:

Click the Extensions icon (puzzle piece) in the Firefox toolbar. Find the Firefox Timer Extension in the list. Click the Pin icon next to it.

The badge will now display the remaining time during countdowns. Customizing Hotkeys

To configure or change the hotkeys for starting, pausing, and resetting the timer:

Open Firefox Menu (☰) and go to Add-ons and Themes (about:addons). Click the Extensions tab. Find the Firefox Timer Extension and click the gear icon ⚙️. Select Manage Extension Shortcuts. Assign or modify the shortcuts as needed.

If no hotkeys are set, the extension defaults to:

Start/Pause Timer: Alt + Shift + S Reset Timer: Alt + Shift + R
