User Reviews

The most-mentioned problem is unreliable connection and device recognition, often despite Bluetooth pairing. Crashes, blank screens, and launch failures are also recurring complaints, with several Samsung users reporting difficulties. Setup can require extra steps that the app does not clearly explain. Users who do get connected appreciate the equalizer and sound controls.

Pros

When it connects, the app’s equalizer and sound adjustments can noticeably improve the listening experience.
Some users got it working by pairing through the app, using the search button, enabling permissions, or opening the app before turning on the device.

Cons

Connection and device-recognition failures are common; users report “no connection,” blank screens, and headphones or speakers that the app cannot find.
The app crashes or closes on launch for multiple users, including reports from Samsung phone owners.
Setup is unclear: permissions may need to be enabled manually, and users may need to search for or pair the device inside the app even when it is already connected to the phone.
Several Samsung users report compatibility or permission problems, particularly on newer Galaxy models.
