ConnectUp

ConnectUp is a free online platform co-designed with the people it's built for, people with disability and carers. It helps users:

- Connect with others in their local area
- Find inclusive physical activities near them
- Share feedback on places and activities
- Contribute to a growing map and calendar of inclusive opportunities

Whether it's a gentle walking group, a local adaptive sports class, or a quiet park with good accessibility, ConnectUp helps users find what works for them and share it with others. We believe physical activity doesn't have to mean intense exercise. It can simply mean moving, connecting, laughing, participating, and feeling good doing it.

The platform also helps organisations and event providers list their inclusive activities, bringing everything together in one accessible, central place.
ConnectUp is more than just a map or directory. It's about belonging. It's about finding joy in movement, confidence in trying something new, and strength in knowing you're not doing it alone.
