Useless, they don't tell you all items must be in your hands. Terrible service and I feel cheated by this "scheme" I was rejected for my refund and I feel very disappointed by buying something so expensive and having it rejected

TRS app is okay, but d4m they really don't want to give your money back. Waited 70 minutes in line - maybe 25 people in front and only 2 workers processing claims. Decided I can't miss my flight.
