This has been a nightmare. I have repeatedly had issues logging on and how can I get it looked at if you don't accept emails from accounts outside of JCU....

Fails miserably. Can't even log in and ithelpdesk comes up with same thing to try from google. needs a major haul team. as an international student paying huge fees, it irries us not getting proper access to basic uni app. Hope it fixes up soon.Goodluck
