My Induction is a comprehensive Chrome extension designed to support beginning teachers in their transition into the education profession. It provides easy access to a wealth of curated resources including videos, tips, simulations, quizzes, and challenges tailored for daily teaching work and professional growth.

The app features a Tracker that enables users to regularly assess and monitor their professional enthusiasm, self-efficacy, stress levels, and support network. Additional features include expert advice from Highly Accomplished and Lead teachers, calming videos to help de-stress in the ‘Take 5’ section, and options to share and favourite valuable resources. Users can create personal accounts to manage their profiles, ensuring a personalized development journey. Developed under the leadership of the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL), My Induction promotes excellence and wellbeing for new educators.
