The app won't let me login to my account, which removes a lot of the app's functionality for me. I reported this to support 7 months ago now and it was acknowledged, but it still hasn't been fixed! Frustrating.

Edited to add: have now had two collections - both undercounted (and therefore underpaid) each time. Some money better than no money, but considering if it's worth the effort vs recycling bin. Just booked a collection via the website (ie not the app). Entire experience extremely frustrating and I have sent feedback. This includes the booking I've just made (and for which I have acknowledgements via both email and text) not showing up on my account via either the website or the app.
