Snap Job Reports

The technician app for SnapJobReports — the photo-first job reporting platform for inspection, compliance and condition-reporting crews.

Snap the job. Send the report. Get paid.

Your jobs come straight from your company's job management system. Open the day's run, photograph each asset, talk instead of typing, and everything syncs back to the office while you're still on site — the report goes out the door without you touching a keyboard.

BUILT FOR SITE WORK

TALK, DON'T TYPE
• Hold-to-speak voice notes turn dictation into report fields
• Live transcription tuned for trade terminology
• Log defects with severity, photos and recommendations in seconds

REPORT-READY, ON SITE
• Condition ratings per asset and component
• On-site sign-off captured on the device
• Completeness checks so nothing is missing when the office builds the PDF
