SIQ Cleaner is the on site app for commercial cleaning teams. It is part of StandardsIQ, the operations platform that helps cleaning contractors run their work and prove it was done for their building clients.
Your cleaning company provides this app to you. They set up your account, and you sign in with the details they give you.
WHAT YOU CAN DO ON SHIFT
Clock in and out with GPS. The app confirms you are at the right site before your shift starts, so attendance is verified, not guessed.
Follow your tasks in order. Each site is split into zones, and each zone has a checklist you work through step by step, so nothing gets missed.
Capture proof as you go. Take before and after photos of your work, and attach a photo or a short video to a message when you need to show something.
Report what you find. Raise an issue, a hazard or an incident on the spot, with a photo, so your supervisor knows straight away.
Stay in touch. Message your supervisor and your site team, with translation built in so language is never a barrier.
Keep your records in order. View your training, and upload and track your own compliance documents such as police checks and certificates.
Works when the signal does not. Cleaning happens in basements and stairwells, so the app keeps working with no connection and syncs once you are back online.
