2024-06-06	Ki*****	Their drivers steal your bottles for their own benefit. Take incorrect photos of your bags and say they weren't labelled. I've tried calling, emailing and even messaging on social media with 0 response from this company. I highly recommend you do not use this service.

Bookings don't mean anything, they will send you confirmations and even give you a time that the driver will be there, then throughout the day that time will keep changing to a later time until it gets to the afternoon when they reschedule it to happen again in two weeks. Very annoying taking a day off work and locking the dogs inside all day for nothing. This has happened multiple times in a row, I just want to recycle my stuff
