Don't download. Absolutely glitchy. Tried updating my credit card and after it was accepted, kept saying insufficient funds because it kept updating from the original card. Had to ring them to have the card manually updated, only to find when topping up it has the same error "insufficient funds". Don't allow 2 FA as after you login to Paystay, the next screen asks for 2FA code. When you switch to google authentication, Paystay logs you out making you log back in only to have the 2FA expire.

I despise I had no choice to pay for parking in North Sydney. No parking meters so had to go through a very poor signup process giving SO MUCH PERSONAL INFO. Then found out they need a minimum balance in the app, so they've taken extra $$$! Reading responses below 'oh it's in the terms/fees guide' - shame we had no choice and it's YOU who set that guide to be greedy and take more money than what is required. Edit: NO meters AT ALL NEARBY, nothing showing alt payment options! Stop blaming users!
