What you can do

Medical certificates: tell us what's going on and a doctor reviews your request. If approved, your sick or carer's certificate is sent online, valid for work, school or uni. From $19.90.

Prescriptions: request a new script or a refill. If the doctor decides treatment is right for you, your eScript arrives on your phone, ready for any Australian pharmacy. From $24.90.

Telehealth consults: talk to a doctor about what's bothering you, without taking the day off. $49.90.

Specialist referrals: renew or request a referral. A doctor reviews your request and, if appropriate, sends it online. $39.90.

Blood tests and imaging: get a referral for pathology or radiology, and see your results in the app once a doctor has reviewed them. If something needs follow-up, we'll tell you what to do next. $49.90.

Treatment plans: ongoing, doctor-led care for weight loss, ED, hair loss and more. If treatment is right for you, your plan renews with regular doctor reviews.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need. A few questions, a few minutes.
2. A doctor reviews your request and calls if they need more information.
3. If approved, your certificate, script or referral is sent online, usually within the hour between 6am and midnight.

You'll see the price before you pay, and there's no payment until a doctor approves your request.
