Pulse ID

Pulse ID is the multi-factor authentication (MFA) app for Medlink Connect. When you sign in to your VMware Horizon virtual desktop, Pulse ID sends a prompt to your phone so you can approve or deny the sign-in with a single tap — protected by Face ID, fingerprint, or your device passcode.

Pulse ID is provided to authorised Medlink Connect staff by CyberSquad IT Consulting. Accounts are set up by your IT team using a secure QR enrolment code; there is no public sign-up.

What it does

Your privacy
Pulse ID never accesses your location, contacts, photos, or messages. Biometric checks are performed entirely by your phone's operating system — the app only ever receives a yes/no result.
