Pretty useless honestly. I want to be a fan, but between changing my card colours without any input from me, changing the charities I am supporting with my tap payments (which I think now only works if I use a digital wallet!?), and now I can't even get to the log in page with the ap and keep having to log in via the website which is clunky and awkward. I hope that this will resolve soon, but perhaps it's time to look for another banking solution.

It's behind the times, but ME always has been I guess. Feedback for Devs: 1.Why have a "log-in button" just to open a log in screen? CLEARLY a log in is need to access accounts? So drop the time wasting screen! 2. Perhaps start the home screen with the "most used" or main account? Again extra clicking just to get to an obvious place? There's more but limited typing space. I only use ME as a backup acct , because they are always behind the times with everything. But they do have great staff.
