Useless to be honest. It is not reminding me of the upcoming billing cycle. Hence I end up paying an estimated bill or have an agent come to my premises to take the reading. Then what's the point of having this app? I logged into the app even less than a week from my billing date. Still it doesn't send/ pop-up a reminder. It doesn't seem to remember my login and I have to sign in everytime I open the app! If these can be fixed up, the app would be really useful.

Useless. We have 2 meters, gas and not water, it never displays both so I have to call anyway. I submit the read for the one that works, and still get an email saying i missed it. Don't bother.
