Romeo's Rewards

It's basic app to view balances, but what I find at most Romeo's stores in Sydney like Mortdale or Wynyard you have to go to register that has person and then they have take your phone. THIS app would be better if we could scan our receipts ourselves to get our points. It's very cumbersome the current system of giving your phone to scan sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I'm using latest OS and S24Ultra

This app does not work. I tried three times to install, went thru all the registration steps but was not recognized in store. For a business this size, i would expect they could deliver a rewards app that works. Staff told me it's unreliable from the feedback they had from frustrated customers. My advice, don't bother with this.
