2025-02-04	AN*****	UPDATE: Tried again today. Still useless. Tried to order in 2days time but kept switching back to 30 mins pick up. I notice many have complaineb but obviously they don't cate about their customers. As they have done nothing to fix this problem. I will go elsewhere. Useless app. Freezes constantly and says their is something wrong with this app. Did you get kindergarten kids to write the app. Will uninstall. Causes to many problems . So many bugs.

2025-01-28	Ka*****	Ever since they went to enforced MFA, the app hasn't worked properly. When you do manage to login it's barely passable (hence 2 stars). Can no longer share my login and member card with my spouse (ie we can't look at the same screen from different locations) which is a pain. Deleted app and went back to website which is only marginally better. Using stocard and shopfully apps instead and joining others in doing majority of shopping elsewhere. Even found Heineken zero cheaper elsewhere recently.

2025-01-26	Ia*****	The developers of this app overlooked a common potential situation. The email address originally used for this app is now defunct. Upon forgetting the password, I cannot get back into the app. But worse, I cannot create a new account with a new email address, because when I insert my phone number, it replies that this phone number is already in use. So because of this flaw, I CANNOT HAVE a My Dan’s account. There is no admin I can go to to get this situation resolved. Pathetic design.

2024-12-25	St*****	The app wants to send a verification code every time I log into it. Problem is that when I go to my email or messages to get the code, the app closes, then it wants to send a new code when i open it again. Just a constant circle of frustration.

2024-12-17	Fr*****	Gave up on the website that just wouldn't load anything propery so I tried the app. I can't login, it's asking me to verify my mobile which then says in red "Incorrect verification code. Try again"... that doesn't make sense. I gave up. Cannot shop online at all. Dan Murphy's has lost a customer.
