2025-01-18	Ca*****	Does not login. I created an account and I can't login. Everytime I need to login I need to go "forgot password" I enter the same password and of course I get an error saying that this password has been used already. And then I login from that screen and works. The app takes me to the desktop version. I am sure there's a much better way to login everytime instead of having to go through all this. How do I login?

2024-05-28	So*****	When selling, it is entirely possible to just not get the full amount at all. Customer Support is horrid and sends you on a goose chase that doesn't help at all. The investing part itself is simple but not actually getting paid the money it tells you you will get, especially from an app supported by one of the big 4 is unforgivable.

2024-04-22	Da*****	Pretty poor for a beginner wanting to learn, I signed up because I thought it would be easier, while there is some simplicity to it, they don't clearly explain some things, graphs are either non existent or just really really hard to find. I need to register my investments with computershare, but I don't understand this enough, and there's no clear explanation on what to do, when I try to register, it fails saying I haven't provided the correct details. So far, I prefer crypto investments

2024-01-19	Ma*****	App is fine and works as it should but it lacks inspiration. I would like to see a graph and more statistics of how my investments are doing. Other apps like raiz do a good job at this. I want to feel excited for my next investment but with commsec pocket I feel unmotivated.

2024-01-13	KU*****	Actually a very well made app. Its simple and highly educational very clearly explaining what investing really involves. It highlihgts mainly ETFs. I would however encourage the developers of this app to inject more to select..... so more ETFs and more company stocks / defensive bonds stuff (That are relatively safe for beginners.... and boring). Good app guys.

2023-06-13	Br*****	Please fix this bug straight away!! I've recently installed to access an old account. There is absolutely zero way to get past the explanatory "the gain or loss on your portfolio" screen. No exit button, no skip button. None at all. It is completely stuck on that screen with no way out. The app is completely useless for me.

2023-04-03	Ke*****	After investing, the app is stuck on highlighted home screen. Can't go back, can't select anything else, just stuck. Tried reinstalling, still can't access. Samsung phone, fix it or me and my $$ are out. Not happy.

2022-07-12	Me*****	Too few options to invest and too little details. Have had to use another app in conjunction to be able to view more in-depth details of what I've invested in, and to view in-depth live changes in market trades. Is easy to navigate for shares newbies, but please, increase the eft options. We can handle it. Have opted to only invest in minimal amounts, until more eft options become available
