2026-07-27	Ja*****	Basics are good, advanced features non-existent. No personalised charts, no portfolio tracking, no dividend information, limited use of charts. This app needs a makeover. Your customers shouldn't need to use Excel sheets to track their money when the cost of trading is as high as it is with CommSec. Gotten worse - cannot open stock information anymore.

2026-07-20	Pa*****	How do you get support? I've been on the phone for 45 mins listening to the same painful riff over and over. The app itself is getting much better but if you need support, forget it. They don't even have the call back function that quality services provide. The expected wait was 11 mins, and now it's at 47 mins. Absolutely disgraceful making someone wait this long but not surprising. Commonwealth bank really only cares about their shareholders, not their customers.
