2026-08-14	Da*****	Commsec relies on inertia to keep on charging the highest fees in the market. Customer service is non existent "call us.." and they will keep you hanging for fifteen minutes or more.. Eventually you realise it's time to go to any of the other quality brokers around

2026-07-27	Ja*****	Basics are good, advanced features non-existent. No personalised charts, no portfolio tracking, no dividend information, limited use of charts. This app needs a makeover. Your customers shouldn't need to use Excel sheets to track their money when the cost of trading is as high as it is with CommSec. Gotten worse - cannot open stock information anymore.
