Carevo is the provider app for the Carevo care marketplace. If your organisation delivers NDIS, aged care or home care support anywhere in Australia, this is where you pick up new client enquiries and act on them while they are still warm.

Here is how it works. People searching carevo.com.au tell us what support they need and where they live, and we match those requests to providers nearby. When one matches your services and coverage area, it lands in the app and you get a push notification straight away. No more refreshing inboxes or missing an enquiry because you were out on a visit.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Browse nearby requests
See open enquiries near you, newest first. Each one shows the suburb, a short summary of what the person needs, the support category and the funding type. Filter by urgency, funding and service so you only spend time on work you actually want.

Claim and connect
Claim a request to unlock the client's name, phone and email, then call or email them directly from the app. Reaching out early makes a real difference, so the app is built to get you from notification to phone call in seconds.

Track every follow-up
Move each claimed enquiry through clear stages: attempted, contacted, accepted or not a fit. Add a note after every call so nothing slips and your whole team knows where things stand.

Find support workers
When support workers apply for work in your area, you can review them here. See their location, the services they offer and their checks at a glance (Working With Children, police check, driver's licence, first aid), then reveal their contact details when you are ready to reach out.

Stay in control of alerts
Decide exactly what you are notified about and how, across push, email and in-app. Keep the signal, lose the noise.

WHO IT IS FOR

Carevo is made for care providers: agencies, sole traders and organisations delivering disability and aged care services across Australia. You will need a Carevo provider account to sign in, and you sign in with a secure email link, so there is no password to remember. Listing on Carevo is free.
