يوجد مشكلة تقنية حيث تظهر لي رسائل أولياء أمور مختلفين مع الدعم الفني، الرسائل تحتوي على بيانات مثل اسم ولي الأمر ورقمه وأسماء الأطفال والمدرسة، كيف تظهر هذه الرسائل لغير المستخدم الأصلي أين الخصوصية وحماية بيانات المستخدم؟
