BT Panorama

BT Panorama mobile gives advisers and investors secure, on‑the‑go access to their accounts. Sign in quickly with Face ID, fingerprint, a 4‑digit passcode or your Panorama username and password. Advisers can view a business overview (funds under administration, active accounts, net flows and fees), search client accounts, inspect portfolio balances and performance, access market data, place and track buy/sell orders, manage authorised client cash payments, and view messages, consents and alerts. Both advisers and investors can use Ask Blue (BT’s virtual assistant) or chat with a consultant.

Investors can view total portfolio balance and performance by investment, drill into market information for shares and managed funds, make payments and deposits (including BPAY® and linked accounts where authorised), trade supported investment types, filter transaction history, update personal details (where authorised), and download statements and disclosure documents.
